Information

1. All items can be made custom to your specifications.

2. Please share your budget with the representative you speak with.

3. For all custom pieces, please allow 5-6 weeks for completion. You will be updated during the process with 2D and 3D renderings for your review throughout the process.

4. All Jewelry is handmade and can take up to 4-5 weeks to produce. If we can ship out faster or have stock available we will. 

5. There is a required 50% deposit for all custom pieces. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your item(s). Once work starts on your pendant, there are NO REFUNDS!

6. Please have your accurate ring size available when placing your order.

7. We use DHL for shipping, so once your product is ready tracking will be shared via  your registered email. If there is an issue with your order, please inform us IMMEDIATELY. Please note during shipping, product can become damaged and we will cover the damage but, we must be informed as soon as you receive.

8. Return Policy- You must connect with us within 7 days of receiving your product. If the return is accepted, product must be shipped back to us with all original packaging. Upon receiving the item, we will work to replace the item based on confirmation from the Q. Jones Custom team. Please reach out to sales@qjonescustom.com

8. All sales are final on custom creations, there are no refunds for custom products.

9. Shop Pay- Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.
