Custom Orders

Every custom commission begins with a conversation about your vision, intended use, materials, timeline and investment range. Once the direction is approved, custom work moves into design and production. Because these pieces are created specifically for the client, custom orders are final sale once work has begun.

Production Timelines

Most custom jewelry requires approximately 5–6 weeks after design approval and required payments are received. Highly detailed pieces, specialty stone sourcing, Dental Couture and complex championship projects may require additional time. If a piece is available sooner, our team will communicate the updated timing.

Deposits & Payments

A 50% deposit is generally required to begin a custom commission, with the remaining balance due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing options shown at checkout are subject to the applicable provider’s eligibility requirements and terms.

Design Approval

Where applicable, clients receive design renderings or CAD imagery for review before fabrication. Changes requested after approval may affect price and completion timing.

Shipping & Delivery

Tracking is provided when an order ships. Please inspect your package promptly upon delivery and contact Q. Jones Custom immediately if there is a delivery or condition concern so our team can review it with you.

Returns & Custom Pieces

Custom-created and personalized pieces are final sale. For eligible non-custom merchandise, contact us within 7 days of receipt before returning anything. Items approved for return must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Approval is required before a return is shipped.

Jewelry Care

Store jewelry separately in a soft pouch or box, avoid harsh chemicals and remove fine jewelry during intense activity. Clean gently with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush when appropriate for the materials in your piece.
